  • We have increased our participation in training programs organized by Pernod Ricard University in Paris.

  • iLead process has been implemented for 54 managers for the year 2012-13 in June 2013 against 19 for 2011-12. This will help in charting international careers for senior management.

  • To ensure individual’s development plan, we provide 360° feedback for senior management.
