Alexandre Ricard, graduate of ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris), the Wharton School of Business (MBA with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship) and the University of Pennsylvania (MA in International Studies), joined Pernod Ricard in 2003, in the Audit and Development department of the holding company in Paris.

Manufacturing Units

Pernod Ricard India operates through 32 bottling plants and has two grain spirit distilleries at Nasik (Maharashtra) and Behror (Rajasthan), apart from its own winery at Nasik.

Pernod Ricard is extremely conscious of the environment it operates in, and both Nasik and Behror units’ have integrated certifications of ISO standards for QMS, EMS, OHSAS, HACCP and ISO 22000 for Food Safety. Both distilleries adopt the latest relevant technologies to ensure zero pollution.

Guillaume Girard-Reydet - Managing Director

Guillaume Girard-Reydet, took over as CEO of Pernod Ricard India in August 2015 and was appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from December 14, 2015.

He is Master in law and Masters of the Institute of Political Studies (Science Po) in Paris. He began his career as an internal auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 1993 he joined Ricard S.A. Company where he successively held the positions of Finance Controller in Marseilles, Regional Sales Director in Bordeaux, and National on Trade Director in Marseilles.

At the end of 2000, he joined Spir Communication Group as a CEO of its subsidiary Adrexo. In 2006 he joined Pernod Ricard as Sales Director in Ricard S.A. in Marseille.

From September 2011 till July 2015 Guillaume Girard-Reydet was Chairman & CEO of Wyborowa S.A. and Executive Director of Wyborowa S.A. Branch in Warsaw, Pernod Ricard Polska.

Shrikant Lonikar - Chief Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities of Sales department at Pernod Ricard India extend to business management, owing to the dynamics of Indian liquor industry which is fairly complex, with different states having different excise slabs. With the Indian consumer coming from various strata of the society the sales function at Pernod Ricard India assumes an even more important role. It is fairly challenging and comes with a fair bit of excitement levels.

“Believe in your people, your product and yourself”, says Rakesh Vashistha. His simple mantra for success says a lot about the individual and about his long and successful innings in the company. He completed 14 years at Pernod Ricard India recently.

Mr. Vashistha is a sports lover and believes in striking the right balance between professional and personal life. Motivation, passion and infectious energy are the qualities that he carries as a person shadow onto his professional role. He swears by fair and ethical ways of working and believes in maintaining integrity and values team - mates with the right value system. He is an inspiration for the entire organization.

P. Sriram - Vice President, Manufacturing

Manufacturing department at Pernod Ricard India comprise of 270 highly motivated Executives working relentlessly to keep pace with the robust sales growth. The department is driven to roll out 400 thousand bottles of Finished Product every hour across 25 Units located in India in different geographies managing a complex regulatory environment.

Rajiv Chauhan - Vice President, Legal

Rajiv Chauhan is responsible for all Statutory and Legal Compliances for Pernod Ricard India. He joined Seagram India (P) Ltd. in August 2000 as Head Legal. Since then he has seamlessly handles all legal matters pertaining to Pernod Ricard India. Prior to joining us Rajiv has worked with the legal departments of PepsiCo India and Unilever. He has Graduated in Law.

Matthieu Glorieux - Chief Financial Officer

Finance and IT functions at Pernod Ricard India are pillars for the business with two main responsibilities- firstly, to support the business functions (pertaining to sales, marketing and manufacturing) to facilitate right decisions and secondly, to provide adequate structures and systems in anticipation of further growth.

Matthieu believes that 'focus, planning, passion and flexibility play a key role in ensuring empowerment of an organization to be future ready.'

Matthieu Glorieux has recently moved from Germany to join Pernod Ricard India and has brought with him knowledge and expertise in his domain. Owing to his rich experience and ability to adapt and innovate, Matthieu is an inspiration to his team of around 100 professionals. His passion is travelling and he believes that exploration and meeting with different people adds a lot of value to a person and truly sustains an individual.

Sunil Duggal - Vice President – Corporate Affairs

Sunil graduated in Economics from Sriram College of Commerce. He is a Post Graduate in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. After post-graduation, he started his working career in Weston Electronics and then moved on to IFB Industries. Before joining PRI, he was the Director Corporate Affairs for PepsiCo India.
